Cellular connection status spotty + no ping

hello,

i’m fairly new to this world and am trying to use this for my research project.

the cellular connection status in my core dashboard keeps changing between available and unavailable. everything else seems to be fine except i cannot ping.

it’s a telit LE910C4-NF on an rpi 4 with the lastest OS.

oh, i was also running an earlier version of raspian but had to erase my microsd (not the sixfab sim) and start anew. so maybe that’s the issue?

Did you install it by running the CORE installation code again on the new OS? Also 32 bit or 64 bit?
