Can't establish PPP connection

Hi,

I’m trying to configure a 4G HAT in Mexico. I already configured these type of HATs using AT&T, with QUECTEL EC25-A FA modules

However, now I’m trying to configure a module using a Telit LE910C1-NF single SKU. I still using AT&T as provider. However in this case, chat connect script fails. How can I establish a PPP connection?

About your issue, it is better to share more information with us. Have you tried to follow the troubleshooting steps?

Could you please provide the output of the following command:

  • uname -sr
  • lsusb
  • lsusb -t
  • ls /dev/ttyUSB*
  • dmesg | grep ttyUSB
  • sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices
