Cannot connect to 4g network and no response from USB serial ports

setup:

  • raspberry pi 4
  • Raspberry Pi 3G/4G&LTE Base HAT
  • Quectel EC25 Mini PCle 4G/LTE Module - EC25-A (North America)

my wwan0 interface does not get an IP and I get the QMI errors below. I also get no response from the console ports ttyUSB1,2 and 3 to get info from the card. it lets me connect but anything I get no response with AT commands. I was able to do this before. is this a hardware issue? are there any other troubleshooting steps I can try?

Please change the USB cable and try to connect again.
