I recently purchased the Pi modem kit here and plan on putting it into one of my wings, smaller wing (845mm) Atomrc Dolphin to be exact. the modem isn’t here yet but as I set my electronics in the fuselage its all going to be a very tight fit. Reading the description on the product it explains that the pi zero w is too slow to support the data but then I remembered that I have a banana pi out in the garage that I ordered a while back. Does anyone here think the banana pi would be capable of running mission planner and a camera? Just curious, it would save weight dramatically. Thanks in advance and I cannot wait for my modem kit to come in!
