All devices offline

All of our devices now have a device status of disconnected. This issue happened within the last 10-20 minutes. Are sixfab services down?

Experiencing the same issue, I think. Can you confirm there is an outage? My devices show “connecting” state in nmcli. They were working yesterday and my account appears to be active with credit.

It appears that mine came back just now…at least it’s connected but doesn’t have internet access.

Our main connectivity provider experienced a nationwide outage that was beyond our control and recovery capability. This resulted in partial connectivity issues across millions of SIMs, which also impacted our system. The issue has now been fully resolved.
