After Updating firmware, RPi stuck in a reboot cycle

After updating to v0.3.3, the raspi reboots every ~20s when connected to the UPS hat. When i disconnect UPS hat, problem goes away.

Could you provide more details about this error? error message, configuration, log files, setup etc.?
