Hi, I’m trying to set up the Jumpstart 5G kit but constantly get no range, even though I get 5G on my phone. Not sure if that’s the fake 5G issue, or I am doing something wrong.
Is the Jumpstart 5G supporting other networks than 5G? Can I connect different antenna to get 4G/3G range? Ideally, I want to get 5G NSA + 4G/3G

Could you please mention which SIM are you using?
There should be monitor_network.sh bash file in your /home/pi directory. Could you run it and share the output?
It doesn’t support other networks than 5G(SA/NSA). The device is only certified for 5G networks hence supports 5G only.
I am having the same problem. I have multiple devices and tested on all of them. Any updates on the issue? Here is the output from monitor_network.sh
