Hello,
I followed the “Getting started” steps for both hardware&softwares for raspberry pi 4, copied installation code to my Pi, and successfully installed it. On the Sixfab Connect Port I can see my SIM is active, but device offline. And when I reboot the Pi, I do not have any cellular signal.
And on the Sixfab Connect Portal, there’s no cellular interface (no wwan0 or usb0, only wwlan0 which is my WiFi)

Could anyone help me on that? Much appreciated.
