Hi everyone, I was wondering if I can connect 3G/4G & LTE Base HAT to Windows through USB (AT Command). If the answer is yes where can I find the driver for the HAT to be installed on Windows.

This depends on the module you are using with the HAT. So Base HAT does not need driver installation. As for instance, if Quectel EC25 mini PCIe is used with then:
USB Serial Driver:
- Windows 7/8/8.1/10
- Linux 2.6/3.x/4.1~
Linux qmi wwan Driver:
- 3.x (3.4 or later)/4.1~

Is the USB Serial Driver compatible with ARM64 architecture? I have tried to install the driver on the ARM64 version Windows 10 but failed for installation. I have cross-checked the driver’s compatibility with the X64 Windows 10 and it worked!
