Raspberry Pi 3G/4G & LTE Base HAT modem hangup

I wasn’t able to get internet connection from an AT&T SIM card using the Raspberry Pi 3G/4G & LTE Base HAT. I would like to know whether the issue is with the SIM card or the HAT. Thanks a lot.

There is no problem with your HAT.

  • Please confirm the APN.
  • Place the device at a location with better signal strength.
