Hi there, I want to know if this hat operate in the 1700/2100 MHz band which are used by Telcel operator in México. We want to use this hat in IoT projet. Also I want to know if the hat icludes the antenna? Thank you all

Raspberry Pi 3G/4G & LTE Base HAT does not include its antennas and Mini PCIe module. You can check out the Cellular Kits that contain them all. You can find out whether the module you will use is working from the datasheet.
