I also think the Pico LTE learns what cell towers to connect to. It seems like the longer I use mine, the faster it connects. I have several and the one I’m setting up now is taking forever to connect. I’m timing it now but 5 min has passed and it still hasn’t connected. The one I’ve been using for a month connects in less than 5 seconds.
