Hi, For Raspberrypi 3, we use Sixfab 3G-4G/LTE Base Shield v2 with EC25-V. It worked 6 months without any network problem. Recently we had a problem it not able to connect to internet.
in logs, it showing it successfully ping to 8.8.8.8 but not able to connect to Iothub and remote connectivity App. The connection was lost 2 hours. after 2 hours Iothub and remote connectivity app connected to server automatically.
I am not able to identify the issue. Any help me here to find the issue and solution.

Check that your monthly data cap is not exceeded.
