I do not use graphical interface - only Raspbian internal and Website in kiosk mode (accesible local on Raspberry touchscreen and as website via internet in fullscreen modus without keyboard and mouse). Can i access functions of Base HAT from my c programms (read GPS position, send SMS, send emals, …)?
